Features
- New concept of flexible modular combination design, suitable for
swivel-in of bottles and caps of various sizes.
- Bottle caps of different sizes need no replacement of accessories,
just simple adjustment.
- Bottle cap positioner, ensure consistency of direction of pump cap
when outlet.
- Easy operation, convenient adjustment and low maintenance cost.
- The screw cap is divided into four groups, i.e. initial screw and
complex screw. The size of the torque can be adjusted independently
to ensure tightening, and the cap is equipped with a clutch device
without damaging the cap too tightly.
- Two sets of clamping ring mechanism for bottles, so that high
bottles or bottles with unstable standing can also be used.
- Conveyor, cap screwdriver and bottle clamping belt can be adjusted
with different speeds, which makes them more suitable for bottle
caps of different sizes.
- The whole machine is designed according to GMP requirements.
